These Terms govern your use of UtsavPlaces, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“we”, “us”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What UtsavPlaces is

UtsavPlaces is an enquiry marketplace. We connect customers who are looking for a venue with independent venue owners (farmhouses, resorts, event spaces and similar) who may wish to serve them. We help you discover options and exchange enquiries and offers.

We are not a party to your booking. Any booking, payment, deposit, service, stay or event is agreed and carried out directly between you and the venue. UtsavPlaces does not own, operate, inspect or control any venue, does not take booking payments, and does not guarantee any booking, price, availability or standard of service.

2. Your responsibilities as a customer

Provide accurate enquiry details and a valid mobile number.
Verify everything that matters to you — price, inclusions, availability, facilities, safety, rules and refund terms — directly with the venue before paying or committing.
Use the service lawfully and not for spam, fraud or abuse.

3. Venue owners & booking agents

If you register as a venue owner or booking agent, you additionally agree that:

You will provide accurate information about yourself and your venue, and you are authorised to list it.
You are solely responsible for the offers you make, the service you provide, and honouring the terms you quote to customers.
We charge for enquiries, not bookings. Subscriptions give you access to receive genuine customer enquiries. We do not guarantee any particular number of enquiries, quotes, responses or bookings, and a subscription is not a promise of business.
Booking agents post enquiries on behalf of their own customers using their own verified number, and must not misuse the platform to generate fake or duplicate enquiries.
We may suspend or disable any account that breaches these Terms, submits false information, or abuses the platform.

4. Subscriptions & fees

Venue and agent subscriptions are billed as a flat periodic fee (currently [₹1,500] per month, subject to change). Free-tier limits, quotas and current pricing are shown in the service. Fees are for access to receive enquiries and are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. No commission on your booking

We do not add any commission to the price you pay a venue. Whatever you settle with the venue is between you and them.

6. Content & conduct

You must not post unlawful, misleading, offensive or infringing content, attempt to disrupt the service, scrape data, or circumvent security or quota controls. We may remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion to protect the platform and its users.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UtsavPlaces is not liable for any loss, damage, dispute, injury, cancellation, non-performance or dissatisfaction arising from any venue, booking, event or interaction arranged through the service. Your dealings with any venue are at your own risk, and any dispute is to be resolved directly between you and that venue. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the fees you paid us (if any) in the [three] months preceding the claim.

8. Third-party services

The service links to WhatsApp and may rely on third-party providers (SMS/OTP, maps, hosting). We are not responsible for those services’ availability or terms.

9. Intellectual property

The UtsavPlaces name, brand and platform are owned by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without permission.

10. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the service at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [CITY, e.g. Panvel / Raigad, Maharashtra].
